ShopBridge ("the Service") is a product of Cabinet Explore LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By creating an account or using ShopBridge, you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

• • Accounts are for businesses, not individual consumer use.

2. Use of the Service

• • You may use ShopBridge to upload proposals, drawings, and customer information for your business purposes.
• • You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you upload.
• • You may not misuse the Service, attempt to hack it, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

3. Accounts & Access

• • You must provide accurate registration information.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• • You may invite team members, but you are responsible for their use of the Service.

4. Customer Data

• • You retain ownership of all proposals, drawings, and information you upload.
• • By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your data as needed to operate the Service.
• • We do not claim ownership of your customer relationships or project data.

5. Payment & Subscription

• • ShopBridge may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, or usage-based plans.
• • Fees are billed according to the plan you select.
• • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

6. Service Availability

• • We aim for reliable uptime, but we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• • We may update, modify, or discontinue features with notice.

7. Termination

• • You may cancel your account at any time.
• • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• • Upon termination, your access will be disabled, but you may request a copy of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

• • Cabinet Explore LLC is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or data loss.
• • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
